At Gizmo1 Web design I focus on using the latest web technologies in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. Not to enhance, not even to complement but to become part of the overall visual concept of a Web Design Package (WDP). I believe this sets me apart from the crowd.

I am not, like some other designers, going to try and make myself look like a massive corporation with dozens of staff hanging around waiting your project. I am a Freelance designer. Involved in several coding forums listening and learning all the time to keep up to date with developments. That is why I am up-to-date with the latest thinking and techniques, like the Parallax scrolling effect you see in the background of this page and the new HTML5 elements that are now available in all new browsers.

I concentrate only on a few projects at a time but I invest a lot of time and imagination into each project. I do all my own coding, artwork, programming, video production and styling. I am now working on web design full time so I can manage a few jobs simultaneously. How long your project will take, again I won’t try and kid you that it can be done in a day it depends entirely on the project. If you know exactly what you want and have all the content ready it could take as little as a week if it is urgent. However if you are looking for a theme and content like artwork and text etc.. and still need to pull a concept together then it will take several weeks maybe a couple of months. But if that is what is needed then it will definitely pay dividends. So start early!

If you know what you are looking for and have some knowledge of web design you will be aware of the pitfalls of so called free websites. Designed instantly by template, usually using invalid code so poor even Google can't understand what it's about, but it 'kind of works' on screen. These are clearly not for any sensible business and will never have the functionality or support that comes with a fully custom designed site with professional help just a phone call away. Then you have come to the right place.
